Furthermore, by integrating my understanding of psychology with the principles of design, I can help create impactful solutions. UX design not only demands an understanding of user needs, but also requires deciphering user behavior, motivations, and emotions.

Senior Student Associate
During my time in HR, I gained invaluable experience in data management and organizational tasks. Excel data input and file organization were key responsibilities that honed my attention to detail and efficiency. I frequently interacted with employees, showcasing my communication skills. This experience not only enhanced my technical abilities but also strengthened my interpersonal skills.
Administrative Support Intern
During my time as an administrative support intern, I handled data entry for three tax seasons, managed marketing and social media strategies, and maintained records. I also developed and updated Excel spreadsheets, improving my organizational skills and readiness for future roles.
